I have been on the same pill for a few years now.And its suppose to make your skin better.But since you haven’t been taking it all that long it could be because your body isn’t use to the hormones yet and needs time to adjust.I heard it could take up to three months.It sounds like you are having some break through bleeding or spotting.It is normal again still has to do with the fact your body isn’t use to taking the pill.I haven’t really had any side effects on this pill other than my boobs hurt sometimes and i get mood swings.As for your stomache hardening I don’t believe thats from the pill.
