A. All states are required to collect and submit entry and exit data for Part C and Part B 619 on the three early childhood outcomes, and all plans for collecting and submitting that data must be approved by the Office of Special Education Programs. However, there is some variation among states regarding the assessment tools and/ or the process for collecting outcome data.
