Is this a good pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum Team?
Get rid of all the HM moves like cut, defog,and Rock Smash. (unless you use this team to traverse the overworld in Sinnoh) They’re useful while traveling but suck as moves. Keep Fly and Surf. They are pretty powerful in battle, and both moves magnify your mobility in Sinnoh by 80% (they have always been my favorite HM’s because they are just as useful in battle as they are in traveling through the game. The only advice I have to give as far as replacing the HM moves is concerned is to just pick strong moves that match their best attack stat (physical or spacial), but you probably already knew that. Replace Rampardos with a strong psychic like Alakazam (not Kadabra). If you can find one, get a Mewtwo. People playing against you will absolutely hate you, but a Mewtwo with Psychic, Recover, and Calm Mind will be great against Infernape’s (they are a popular choice), and, with its Calm Mind/Recover combo, can be you trump card if the bulk of your pokemon get wiped out.
