Instead of iceberg lettuce, I would use leafy greens, they have more vitamins and minerals and less water but same amount of calories per serving. Otherwise it sounds good. Greens/iceberg lettuce are 15 calories per serving tuna is 60 but packed with protein, I think 1/4 of a can of corn is 40-60 calories, and 73 grams of cherry tomatoes is 14 calories.
