Is this a good diet and workout plan for weight loss in 4 months?
I am on a high protein diet right now, and here are some additional foods you may want to consider: Lowfat (or NoFat) Cottage Cheese; LowFat Yogurt; Lean Meats beside chicken is pork (obviously not bacon) but look for the good white meat chops; I make omlettes with Egg Beaters (egg substitute), with Turkey and 1 piece of FatFree Cheese Slide (the Kraft brand is surprisingly very good and melts!). I only have the omlettes on the weekends. During the week I have 1 packet of instant oatmeal w/1% milk (Skim is better but I haven’t progressed there yet!). Make sure to eat some low calorie snacks (apples, yogurt, cottage cheese, protein bars, etc) that will help keep you satisfied between meals…it will help you fight urges to eat junk food. I also suggest sugar free snacks (I keep sugar free candies at my desk at work and on my computer stand at home–they taste like regular hard candies with only a fraction of the calories and takes away those “sweet” urges).
