Is third party assessment mandatory for all the registered institutes?
• No, not for all the institutes. • It is compulsory only for • all the government sponsored institutes (excluding the institutes that are providing certificates of some university recognised by UGC) • all the institutes (private or public) wishing to avail benefits of skill voucher. • But , at the same time the facility of third party assessment is available to all the interested institutes on same terms and conditions. • Since it gives credence to the training and definitely improves the chance of employment of the candidates it is strongly advised that all training institutes should get the assessment done by some recognized third party preferably empanelled by NCVT / GCVT.
