Is there walking involved in the orientation program?
Yes, Florida State University is a “walking” campus & the program requires participants to walk during some portions of orientation. Efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of family members with mobility issues or health concerns, but because of North Florida’s hilly terrain and tropical climate we remind you to dress for warm weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Don’t forget your umbrella!!
