There is desktop support for both UNIX and Linux-based systems on campus. You need to have Red Hat Enterprise Linux to receive support from Red Hat for your Linux computer. There is a yearly fee ($1000) for each of the UNIX workstations that ITS charges for UNIX Desktop Support and UDS. You may access UNC tutorials at the following link.
