Is there support available for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students?
For our Deaf and Hard of Hearing Customers we are happy to provide support for you as students of SkilledDriver. You can reach SkilledDriver.com’s customer support toll-free via the California Relay Service (CRS). Here is how it works. If you have a TTY, you simply dial (800) 735-2929 to reach a CRS Operator. The operator will assist you in placing the call to Skilled Driver’s Customer Support number (which is 800-559-8766). Once the connection has been made, the CRS operator will transmit your questions to our customer support staff . Then the CRS operator will type our support staff member’s answers to you. If you have any questions about using a TTY service, or for more information about accommodations for hearing or speaking disabled persons, please call the California Relay Service’s customer service line at (800) 735-0373.
