Is there such thing as oo much omega/fatty acids?
When I read “too much” I hear “more than is recommended” so I’d say there is such a thing as too much fatty acids eg drinking a litre of flax oil a day would be too much If you learn to listen to your body it will tell you when it’s not happy, and weighing yourself once a week will tell you whether or not you’re eating the right amount of calories / fats This link is American but it gives a guide http://lancaster.unl.edu/food/ftmar04.ht… The FDA recommendation suggests up to 1.5 ounces of nuts daily or one and a half times a “handful.” (1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams)
