Yes you definitely can. 2-3 weeks pregnant is 4-5 according to the Dr. and most websites (the first two weeks are before ovulation occurs). I had symptoms IMMEDIATELY after i concieved. My breasts felt different than before, like someone was inside of them pinching things… very strange. And i started needing naps, which i normally never take. I also had little appetite for anything. I woke up with a soar throat and swollen glands/ stuffy nose. But by the afternoon it would be gone. My Dr. said that when the baby starts to implant your body will lower its immune system so it won’t attack the baby, so it is common to get sick/cold like symptoms at that time. I also had an afternoon where it felt like someone was behind my pubic bone pinching something… turns out it was! There was no implantation bleeding, but definite feeling of pinching.
