If you’re into DIY, its not difficult to make one up yourself. Three pieces of 2 x 1 wood joined into a triangle with triangular stiffening pieces in the angles will do for the frame. The costly bit is three good quality, large diameter, pneumatic tyred wheels. At least one should have a foot operated brake. Make a cup-shaped depression in the wood at each corner to take the tripod leg.
