Is there space for class website management for middle/high schools and colleges?

I’m the founder of a stealth startup called Classleaf. It aims to build class website management systems for middle/high schools and colleges. Essentially, it allows each teacher and class to have a website, assignments, calendar, pages, attachments, etc. Is there space for such an offering in the current education technology space, and what kind of expense threshold could one be looking at in terms of annual pricing? My current pricing model is a slightly sub-$1000 a year for unlimited teachers, classes, attachments, etc. I think that is a reasonable yearly free for a completely hosted system with file attachments. However, I’m not sure how well this will jive with schools, especially in the current economy. It’s not a full-blown learning management system or course system such as Blackboard, just a platform on which classes would be able to have managed websites. Let me know what you think. Thank you!
