Is there something wrong with “very” smart people?

I dont think it matters if you are smart or not. People who know they are smart and try to rub that in everyone elses faces all the time have social problems not intellect problems. No one likes a smart *** though do they?!?!?! its not about being clever or being extra clever or being as thick as two short planks, its what you do with that talent (or lack off) to utilise it to its best advantage…. For exapmle take the really overly clever kid in class who’s hand shoots up everytime the teachers asks a question and tries to show off all the time, he might be better served to spend a lunch hour in the library with the kid who is a s thick as two short planks trying to explain it to him and letting him answer the question in class, because they clever kid can sit there all smarmy and think ” I know the answer” but it will mean a whole load to the thick kid if he does too and it is recognised by the teacher. Its social skills and understanding of others that defines us not our brain size
