Is there something wrong with guys shaving underarms hair?

There is nothing wrong with guys shaving underarm hair and athletes in many sports shave their arm pits as a matter of course. If your parents don’t want you to shave though and are going to make a real issue of this and you are only 15, it might be a lot easier on your part to simply not shave. I don’t shave but I clip underarm hair fairly short every few weeks, just as a lot of guys also do. There are special clippers now made for males to groom body hair but any clipper that takes guards will work. I use a #1 guard on a clipper. If I use a longer cutting guard it causes the hair to feel very itchy. With a #1 guard it is not itchy and does not feel itchy as it grows out 2-4 weeks or whenever I think about clipping it again. I have also used no guard which leaves anywhere from one day’s growth to 5 day’s growth depending on where the taper lever is set. Using a #1 guard, it looks clipped for a few days but then just looks like a guy with naturally short underarm hair as it grows out.
