You may want to talk to the janitorial staff at your office if you have one.. You could have the janitors do the work and let them keep the money that they make from recycling. Depending on the number of participants that you have this could be decent supplement to their income. If you are near any Atlanta universities, there may be student organizations that would be willing to do this. I do not know of any commercial programs in Atlanta that would do this and would be free to your employer. However; janitorial staff and college students are the only two groups that I can think of that would be willing to do it for the money they would make doing the recycling.
