Ah yes, I had this problem myself: If you’ve got an Absolute Monarchy, making the lower-classes unhappy and revolt will lead to a Republic being formed, BUT if you instead make the upper-class unhappy and revolt, you’ll find yourself with a Constitutional Monarchy, I believe Hope I helped!
