Is there some sort of upgrade/update for my Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-ray player that will allow it to load the newest Blu-ray disks?

My BD-P1500 Blu-ray player is not able to play the latest Blu-ray disc I purchased, “Prince of Persia, The Sands of Time”. While it appears to load the disc and while it plays the previews on the disc, it will not play the main feature. The title screne appears but the menu selection “play, etc…” does not and the disc does not play the movie. Does my player need an upgrade and if so, where do I need to go to get it? I purchased the unit at Best Buy. Thank you.
