Yes. You can macro most F keys (except F9 wich will write back what you last said overhead or in shouts). You can also macro all ctrl-F keys. Most ctrl-letters work but some are already macrowed to get the statistic pages and all of these to open faster. you can also macro all ctrl-numeric keys.
