Is there software for editing MP3 files?
Editing MP3 files is tricky since MP3 is frame based, and frames may also have interdependencies. There are programs that will perform some basic slicing of MP3 files. And several people have mentioned one from a company called Maya (I believe), but I don’t have a URL for that.
