Is there risks with smoking marijuana and bodybuilding?
Mmk I know a few guys that are in amazing shape and really into their bodies, said they wouldn’t be able to do that without smoking before their workouts. There are just some people out there that can’t get things done unless they are high (which is whatever, more power to em, I personally could not get off the couch if I tried to do that). On the other hand there were times I had smoked then gotten dizzy and passed out, I believe it was because I was dehydrated and also smoked too much. You were probably just dehydrated. Drink more fluids before during and after working out. Other than that the only adverse health effects are with your lungs from smoking every day.
