Is there research on the benefits of SkyCeilings and Luminous Virtual Windows?
A pilot study entitled Influence of The Sky Factory SkyCeilings™ in the Workplace was done by Mark, Snedaker and Stock at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2005. In their summary they said, “The Sky Factory can and should claim that their SkyCeilings contribute to employee’s perceived productivity. In addition, our analysis clearly shows that the installation of Sky Factory ceiling tiles improves the attitude of employees. The attitude of employees correlates highly with perceived productivity.” We have strong anecdotal evidence for the positive benefits of our products. But, anecdotal evidence needs to be scientifically verified. To that end, we are actively pursuing other research opportunities and are seeking partners in research.
