Yes, research on a data sample of over 500 questionnaires has given an internal reliability consistency of 0.83. The inter-rater correlations are significant for all 18 competencies of the generic Ashridge Inventory of Management Skills Developing Business and Leadership Skills version. For validity; items and related competencies strongly reflect the business and leadership skills found within the sector. Items devised and selected based on experience of highly qualified business managers and consultants.
