Is there really such thing as a “ceb?
Larry the Cucumber sings “Song of the Ceb” in Josh and the Big Wall! The song is about a little boy and his three cow-like cebu (… and also a hippo). “Ceb” is actually the name of an island in the Philippines. But there is an animal called a “zebu” (pronounced ‘zee-byoo’) – Spanish for “ceb.” It’s a domesticated, cow-like animal of Asia and Africa, and has a prominent hump on its back and a large dewlap. Zebus are beasts of burden and are reared for their milk and meat. The hump on the zebu’s back is made up of muscle fibers that seem to serve no useful purpose.
