Is there railway counter in Indira Gandhi International Airport Delhi?

This is all I could find: By rail The Indian Railways run a gigantic, modern and organized network which connects Delhi to most major and minor destinations within India. There are three important Railway stations in Delhi: Delhi Main (in the old Delhi area of Shahjahanabad). New Delhi, Nizamudin, and a few smaller railway stations like Sarai Rohilla and Delhi Cantonment. Most long distance trains services are from the three major railway stations. New Delhi railway station is located in the heart of New Delhi, barely 2 kms. From Connaught Place. Delhi Main station is located in the old city, close to Red Fort. Both are extremely busy and crowded stations. By contrast, the Nizamuddin station, which has limited train connection, is less crowded.
