Yes: ferries, buses and PATH trains all operate from Hoboken, providing service into New York City and other destinations. Buses can be taken from Washington Street, (two blocks away) with service to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York and to the south end of Hoboken to the Train Station and PATH trains.
