I am sure that Greyhound has bus service to Gatlinburg from either city. Don’t know if they have direct service to and from there, but you could call them or check out their website. http://www.greyhound.com If you are in Tennessee, you might also contact the Chamber of Commerce for Gatlinburg, or the Tennessee Department of Tourism, and ask them about transportation. There may well be shuttles from Nashville or Knoxville to Gatlinburg, at even a lower cost than Greyhound offers, run by hotels, resorts or tourist attractions in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.
