No. Sanguine adds additional scale and resource to the TechInsights Services team. Semiconductor Insights is focused on providing custom consulting to support client technology and intellectual property objectives. Portelligent is focused on delivering teardown information on a channel or subscription basis. The Sanguine acquisition provides a unique opportunity to scale each organization’s business by extending available lab capacity and enabling new opportunities for the TechInsights Services business including the potential to offer outsourced analytical capabilities to our clients. As well, Sanguine presents additional options to TechInsights Services clients that we would otherwise be conflicted from assisting. Finally, Sanguine extends the TechInsights Services?”follow the sun?coverage from North America and Western Europe to include local support in Southeast Asia.
