Is there online help available during the application process?
Yes, there are two ways to get help. Use the Contact Us form or send us an email directly. Please make sure your email is as comprehensive as you can make it and details exactly where you are having problems. Send the URL of the page you are referencing in order for us to recreate the problem or see where there is a misunderstanding. Be sure to include the applicant’s name and award category and a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
