Is there one wait list for all RHE programs?
No. There are two separate wait lists, one for the Public Housing Program (RHE-owned units located on First Street at David Scull Courts or in single-family houses scattered throughout Rockville) and one for the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. Under the HCV Program, participants rent units in the private sector (houses, townhouses, apartments that are privately owned) with subsidy from RHE. One should apply for both wait lists when they are open. The two wait lists usually are not open at the same time.
