Is there multi-language support in KnowEdge ?
A. KnowEdge allows the use of non-English languages for users’ input and output whether it be a lesson, assignment, instructor’s announcement or discussion message. The requirement is to have the needed language editing software installed on the user’s computer. Launch it and you can start entering text in that particular language. This includes search capability. As for read-only purpose, the requirement is that the user’s browser have the needed language software plug-in installed. Usually this is a free plug-in that either comes with the initial browser installation or downloadable from the Internet. In Internet Explorer, after this has been done, use the menu item View/Encoding and select the correct language to support. Please note that in both write and read-only instances, hyperlinks and other standard labels that comes with KnowEdge will remain in English.
