Is there more complaining about people suffering reverse racism tham racism these days?
I agree with the above poster, there is no reverse racism. Racism is racism. However, to respond to the above perosn, we wouldn’t need affirmative action if this was a perfect world and people didn’t discriminate and everyone was given equal consideration. BUT in reality, it’s not. I have been in many situations and have heard many situations and experieces where people are denied a position or service or whatever because hey are a certain ‘race.’ I have heard my own manger say something like they were a little wary about hiring someone because they looked middle eastern. And I always heard him saying things like they are all terrorists.One guy said he couldn’t get a promotion because the was black. Literally, the guy told a friend of his who wasn’t black, and didn’t realize they were friends. SO, there must be a high occurence of people discriminatiing and denying equal opportunity if the government felt the need to make a law to basically have equal amounts of minorities in a work en
