Employees of A Bound Corporation or AppraisalGIS.com® will not regularly monitor the data being input by the participating partners. They do however reserve the right under section 5.03 of the Standard Terms and Conditions to audit or access the database for security or content purposes. If there are complaints about the data being input by a specific partner, the data in question is reviewed under section 5.03 and if the complaint is valid, section 7.02 of the Standard Terms and Conditions allows the termination of services to that partner.
