No. However, TSOs have appeal rights through the internal Disciplinary Review Board (DRB), the TSA Ombudsman’s Office, and the Office of Civil Rights and Liberties. In addition, a Peer Review Program has been created under TSA’s Model Workplace Program and National Advisory Councils that provide information to TSA management.
