Is there lots of turnover on KEYs India Team?
KEY’s India Team boasts a very low turnover rate. We believe this is due to careful pre-screening and rigorous training programs, but much of the credit goes to the India team members themselves. By contrast to U.S.-based contract attorneys assembled by temp agencies, KEY’s India team members are hired permanently (not on a project-only basis), work together as a team on multiple projects, and are not tempted to jump out of a project for an apparently more advantageous project that becomes available elsewhere. KEY’s India team members are making a career out of providing excellent legal support services.
