Is There Job Satisfaction in Troubled Times?
Despite the current state of the economy, most respondents to the survey said they were satisfied with their current job. A total of 32% indicated they were very satisfied, 57% claimed they were satisfied, and only 11% reported they were not satisfied. Overall, 34% said they were very satisfied with their career, 55% satisfied, and 11% not satisfied. However, job satisfaction numbers dropped when survey takers were asked to compare their current job satisfaction level with one year ago.
