The Bridge Exam includes ITIL v2 content that underwent major changes in ITIL v3 as well as v2 content that is unchanged in v3. While the unchanged ITIL v2 content is not covered in this course, it is considered well-known material to ITIL v2 Foundation Certificate holders.
