Is there is a correlation between intelligence and abortion rate, given pregnancy, ceteris paribus?
Simply put, an intelligent woman knows how to use birth control in the first place rather than let herself become pregnant. These women statistically have fewer children than less intelligent women. Stupid women, who tend to be less well-off economically and are more likely to have sex without the benefit of birth control, are more likely to need abortions even though they find it more difficult to pay for them; somehow they manage to scrape the money together when necessary. Stupid women also have fewer qualms about bringing children into the world when they can’t afford to take care of them. They believe it is their right to do this, and then they expect someone else (we taxpayers) to support them. This may sound hard-hearted, but there are already too many people on this earth. I personally abhor the practice of abortion, but I do advocate birth control as a means of population control.
