You can’t, you have to come up here to Philly. Its all about the rolls and the best ones are made by Amarosso’s bakery and they only have 1 factory here in Philly. If you get a chance to make it up here, try Jims on South Street, Pats or Genos or Tony Lukes in South Philly, or Delassandro’s in Roxborough. I am telling you though, its all in the roll and you can taste the difference when you leave Philly, even it south Jersey. The girl below me can give me a thumbs down all she wants but I had a Megerk’s and it couldn’t compare. The roll was crap.
