Is there going to be “help” buttons that will assist employers using the new online system?

There is an upcoming enhancement to NPAS (AKA, Pension Administration System), which will provide a “Help” reference for information pertaining to the feature being used at the time. This upgrade to the system is expected to be available in the Fall of 2004, and will be announced in the Employer Bulletin. While this particular feature is in development, you may access the Employer Reference Manual online (or hard copy) and look for substantiating information by subject. There are also FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) and a Help feature online within the Pension Administration System informational web pages. This Help feature assists in explaining how the application works and what it does and/or does not do.
