The daily monitoring outlined in the Partner Security Services Reseller Agreement is to ensure that the value-added service is provided to customers routinely. The agreement to the monitoring is the responsibility of the reseller to his or her customers—any flexibility in viewing Partner Security Services reports will be contingent on the customer and partner agreeing to an established time frame.
