The Texas A&M site has a very clean presentation of Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Program Check the link out get information and forms for applications. This page has information and links on a number of assistance opportunities. For Rural Volunteer Fire Department Assistance Program (HB 2604) specifically that is on the Texas Forest Service site, they administer that program.
