Is there extra maid service available?
Vacation homes are professionally cleaned after a guest checks-out. Each home comes equipped with a vacuum, broom, mop and pail along with basic cleaning supplies. Daily maid service can be arranged for additional charges. Consult with the management at check-in if you require extra services. Are you guaranteed to get the house you booked? If you book and confirm payment, we guarantee that you will stay in your selected home pending unforeseen circumstances. Examples of this might be fire, broken air conditioning / heating, flood damage, etc. For your safety and security we would inform you of these circumstances prior to arrival and our management team will assist you in finding a different home selection. Rest assured these types of circumstances rarely happen.
