Is there enough water in the Schuylkill River to support operations through 2049?

0

Limerick Generating Station uses water for plant operations from multiple sources. If the water or oxygen levels in the Schuylkill are low, we add water to the headwaters of the Schuylkill from a mine or reservoir. The mine water continues to be thoroughly tested to ensure it can only help the Schuylkill River. If additional water is needed, other augmentation sources from the Delaware River are available to support Limerick’s operations.
