Is there enough pressure to remotely fit a Simalube® to my application?
The gas producing dry cell can generate pressure to 5 bar to effectively dispense oils or greases. This 2nd generation technology is applied across the Simalube® single-point automatic lubricator range. As with and installation of automatic lubrication systems, there are limitations. The practicable length of a remote installation is influenced by a number of factors. Consideration should always be given to the amount of restriction created by including accessories and fittings in the lubrication path. ETS recommend fittings and lubricants based on suitability for the application and to maximise Simalube® reliability.
