Is there disability accessibility on the County website?
The County of Siskiyou website has been designed with those people that have disability or accessibility issues in mind. We have used high contrast colors in our graphics, a common 10 point font, and standard link colors which look the same in all browsers. A blue link (not-visited) means you have not yet access that page and a purple link (visited) means you have accessed that page. The text or content is always on the right of the screen with a white background with black fonts for easy reading. For the visually impaired, we offer a link to the most popular screen readers such as WindowEyes & Jaws. These programs can be used effectively by the visually impaired on this web site.
