Yes, There is a differential pricing for apartments but based only on the floor levels. Level 1 – 7 Rs. 3500/- per sft for all blocks Level 8 – 15 Rs. 3600/- per sft for all blocks Level 16- 21 Rs. 3700/- per sft for the Maple Block Top 2 floors (Maple) – Rs 5000/sft. Top 2 floors (Alpine,Fern) – Rs 4000/sft.
