Can I use Biofreeze if I have Diabetes? Yes, Biofreeze is a topical pain reliever and does not enter the bloodstream. Diabetes is a disease in which the body cannot use sugar normally. When diagnosed with this particular ailment, you must be extremely cautious when using any OTC medications.
