We will have a panel of 4 distinguished Judges who will award “Judges’ Choice” winning $100 plus a trophy. Chili judging will be by a numbered sample for the blind taste test and all chili will be served to the Judges in 1 quart containers. The Runner up will also be awarded. There will also be a “People’s Choice” designation winning $100 plus a trophy as well as “Best Showmanship” designation winning $100 plus a trophy.
