Is there blading, cutting yourself on purpose, in professional wrestling?
Blading is most often done by the wrestler himself but there has been occasions where a manager/valet would do it for the wrestler. When done “properly” it can be effective but improperly it can be dangerous. The most infamous blading incident is the “Mass Transit” incident that occured when New Jack bladed Erich Kulas (17 years old) in ECW. Kulas was a replacement in that match wrestling as Mass Transit.
